Welcome to 'Round One' Voting

Thank you to everyone who entered the first-ever Laurel Canyon Dog Park Photo Contest! We had an incredible turnout — 19 humans, 48 photos, and endless adorable, chaotic, hilarious, “only at the dog park” moments. Every single submission brought the LCDP vibes. Truly, we are all lucky… including the dogs...  Especially the dogs. 

Now it’s time for Round One: Determining which photos are paw-sitively destined for the Finals. And honestly? Choosing only three is going to be really difficult. They’re all that good.

When casting your votes, consider what makes a winning dog-park photo:

*Epic moment* 

(did it make you gasp, laugh, or melt?)

*Photography*

(composition, timing, overall magic)

*Creative title* 

(a great title counts!)

🗳️ How Round One Voting Works

You have three votes, each with a different weight:

1st Choice = 5 points

2nd Choice = 3 points

3rd Choice = 1 point

Please note: you can only vote for  a single photo once.

The top four highest-scoring photos will advance to the Final Round, where one ultimate vote will determine our 2025 Dog Park Photo of the Year.
